Dan Kennedy

Daniel joined the military aged 16 as a medic, quickly rising through the ranks of the British Army and was promoted to ‘Sergeant’ at a very young age. Following serving in Afghanistan, Daniel purchased his first property in 2011, a new build that kick started the property investment adventure. Following the structuring and completion of 21 deals for investors, Daniel quickly moved from trading to refurbishing and developing property, having refurbished and fully renovated 7 projects. With each refurb being a battle he decided to bring delivery in house and start Steadfast Construction and Design – Birmingham’s most sought after construction team tailored for the investors. Since then he has gone on to build a 7.1 million pound portfolio start with nothing but an idea.

Adam Lawrence

Adam is director of multiple trading companies associated with property, including lettings agencies, estate agencies, and an in-house asset management vehicle. He is also a co-founder of Partners in Property, a unique property community set up in 2017 which now has 4 monthly meetups all over the country. Additionally he is a director of multiple property investment vehicles which are almost exclusively joint ventures. He has masterminded the purchase of over 500 properties in the post-crash environment from when he started taking property more seriously as an investment class in 2011. The investment companies receive over 7 figures in rent with a combined 8 figure asset base.

Nicholas Bond

Nicholas’ first property purchase was in 2015, bought in a joint venture company. This JV was established with the intention of utilising profit generated from Nick’s successful online affiliate marketing company, into longer term property investment. Fast forward to 2023, and Nicholas now has five main joint-venture property investment companies which combined have an asset base of over 100 properties, worth in the tens of millions. His primary day-to-day role now is on the buying/sourcing side of the portfolios, focusing specifically on online methods including; through auctions, with wholesaler traders and through our own Facebook/Google adverts. In extension of this, Nicholas works on building portfolios for bespoke Clients, and has sourced upwards of 50 properties for these Clients over the past few years.
